Thick and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies

Strapon Mistress Jamaica

These thick and chewy peanut butter cookies combine creamy peanut butter with soft brown sugar. These cookies are an absolute treat for any occasion, with a delightful crisscross pattern and a melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture, and beat until well combined

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a thick dough forms

Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough and roll it into a ball

Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each cookie

Use a fork to make a crisscross pattern on each cookie by pressing down gently

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely

Enjoy the thick and chewy peanut butter cookies with a glass of cold milk
