Ice Cream Sandwiches

Indulge in these delicious homemade ice cream sandwiches made with chocolate chip cookies and your favorite ice cream flavor

Ingredients:

• 6 chocolate chip cookies
• 1 pint of your favorite ice cream any flavor

Instructions:

Take 3 chocolate chip cookies and place them flat side up on a plate

Scoop a generous amount of ice cream onto each cookie

Place the remaining 3 cookies on top of the ice cream, flat side down, to form sandwiches

Press down gently to secure the sandwiches

Wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving
