Orange Glazed Ham

This Orange Glazed Ham is a great way to enjoy the delicious mix of sweet and sour flavors. A tasty orange marmalade glaze is generously brushed on the spiral-cut ham, making it a beautiful and tasty centerpiece for your holiday table.

Ingredients:

  • 1 spiral-cut ham 8-10 lbs
  • 1 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Orange slices and fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions:

Turn on your oven and heat it up to 325F 163C

Sliced ham should be put in a roasting pan with the cut side down

Put orange marmalade, Dijon mustard, honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and ground cloves in a saucepan and heat it over medium-low heat

Mix everything together and heat it all the way through

Brush a lot of the orange glaze on the ham, making sure it gets into the slices

If you want to bake the ham for about 1

5 to 2 hours, make sure the oven is hot and baste it with the glaze every 30 minutes

Take off the foil for the last 15 minutes of baking to let the ham caramelize

If the ham reaches 140F 60C inside, take it out of the oven and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes before cutting it

Before serving, top with orange slices and fresh herbs
