Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting
Just one bowl and four simple ingredients are all you need to make this vegan cream cheese frosting. It goes great on top of your favorite vegan baked goods
Ingredients:
- 1 cup vegan cream cheese
- 1/4 cup vegan butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine vegan cream cheese and softened vegan butter
Beat together until smooth and creamy
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the mixture
Continue to beat until well combined and fluffy
Use immediately to frost your favorite vegan cakes or cupcakes
