Easter Egg Cake Pops
Ingredients:
- 1 box of your favorite cake mix
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of frosting any flavor
- 1 package of candy melts assorted colors
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Assorted Easter-themed sprinkles
- Lollipop sticks
Instructions:
Bake the cake as directed on the package, then allow it to cool fully
After the cake cools, crumble it into a big bowl
Combine the eggs, milk, and melted butter in a different bowl
Mix well after adding this mixture to the crumbled cake
Once the cake mixture resembles dough, add the frosting and stir until combined
Place the mixture on a tray lined with parchment paper after shaping it into tiny egg-shaped balls
After each cake ball has a lollipop stick inserted, freeze for at least an hour
In a bowl safe for the microwave, melt the candy melts with vegetable oil, stirring until smooth
Make sure every frozen cake pop is completely covered after dipping it into the melted candy
Let extra run off
While the candy coating is still wet, decorate with a variety of sprinkles featuring an Easter theme
Reposition the decorated cake pops onto the tray and allow them to fully solidify
Present and savor the delightful Easter Egg Cake Pops
