  • 1 lemon, zest and juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese optional, for serving

Instructions:

Remove the water and set it aside

For about one minute, until the garlic smells good, add the minced garlic

Put the shrimp in the pan and cook for about two to three minutes on each side, until they are pink and opaque

Take the shrimp out of the pan and set them aside

Melt the last two tablespoons of butter in the same pan

Mix the lemon zest and juice together in the pan by stirring them in

Add the cooked shrimp back to the pan and mix them around in the lemon butter sauce

To taste, add salt and black pepper

When you add the cooked angel hair pasta and chopped parsley to the pan, mix everything together and heat it all the way through

Serve right away, and if you want, top with grated Parmesan cheese
